FlexiCuffs, also sold under the brand name PlastiCuffs, are basically two sturdy zipties connected at the end. To restrain the subject, the zipties are laid either around the wrists or thumbs and pulled closed. FlexiCuffs usually do not have a release mechanism but need to be cut in order to remove them.
