A scene is a BDSM encounter. What exactly the encounter includes and where it happens is determined by the people involved. A scene can be public or private, include S&M or D/s activities, any fetishes or sex.
Despite using the word “public” in the name, public scenes usually do not take place in spaces frequented by the general public.
