Leather cuffs can be used as ankle or wrist cuffs to keep arms and legs together or attach them to other items. They are usually several inches wide and often come with padding for more comfort. Some leather cuffs have a thin metal bracing on the outside for additional support. Most leather cuffs have D-rings on the outside to attach them to each other or other objects.
Alternatives to leather cuffs are hand cuffs, flexicuffs and nylon restraints.
